Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be raised within 7 days after delivery of the product.

• You received a wrong product.
• The product is damaged or defective.
• The product does not match your order.

Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging, labels, and invoice intact. Custom-made products or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

Proof for Damaged Items

For damaged products, customers must provide clear photos and/or an unboxing video along with order details/invoice. Failure to provide proper proof may result in rejection of the return request.

Return Shipping Charges

1. If DCGpac dispatches the wrong product, we will bear the return shipping charges.
2. If the customer ordered the wrong product, the customer will bear the reverse shipping cost.

Replacement Policy

If a customer ordered the wrong product and requests a replacement, the customer must pay the reverse shipping charges and any difference in product price, if applicable. Replacement will be processed after the returned item is received at our warehouse.

Refund Process

Refund processing begins after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the DCGpac Customer Wallet. The wallet balance can be used for future purchases. Customers may request a wallet withdrawal if they do not wish to make a future purchase.

Fees & Deductions

Platform fees and convenience fees are refundable only if DCGpac is unable to fulfill the order. In all other cases, such fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
